Today, I have learned numpy broadcasting from link: https://numpy.org/doc/stable/user/basics.broadcasting.html . Here are the summary:

Broadcast is basically making smaller arrays to larger arrays so that they are compatible by the following rules:

1. if array shape a == array shape b
2. matrix a multiply a scaler b or one of the dimension is 1
